Treatment can be done in four ways:

Bioplasty – injection of fillers (PMMA, for example);
Fat grafting / liposculpture;
Inclusion of silicone prostheses;
Surgical resection of local skin (in cases of fallen glutes);

In all cases the results are good; however, the indication should be very precise.
